Arrival in Chitose, Japan

After a total of 21 hours in transit on EVA Air, we were amazed to be in Chitose airport at long last.  The journey was surprisingly a lot comfier than expected; we  got fed two delicious Hindu meals, watched the new Jungle Book movie, and even managed to sleep on and off for the majority of the first flight to Taipei.

We arrived to our bikes in one piece and spent the next 2 hours wandering around looking for a good spot to assemble them and dispose of the boxes. Now that we are pros are putting our bikes back together, the process all in took about 2 hours. And then we were ready to ride.
